What is an escape room?
An Escape Room is a themed space full of different tests, where you will have to use all your skills and work as a team to escape before time runs out.
What is the recommended age?
A minimum age of 15 is recommended. No maximum age limit, as it is an experience that can be enjoyed at any age.
What happens if I am late?
The established schedules must be respected, the experience could be cancelled in case of arriving more than 10 minutes late if there is a reservation after yours and also in case it is the last session and it coincides with the closing time. In these cases there will be no refund of the amount paid.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can only cancel your booking 72 hours before the booking. The amount of the reservation cancelled within 72 hours will only be refunded in case of force majeure.
How far in advance do I have to book?
Bookings can be made from the website up to 24 hours before the desired session. If you wish to book on the same day, please call the contact telephone number to enquire about availability.
Is it a safe space?
Our facilities are equipped with all the necessary legal security measures in order to avoid any incident that may occur.
Can I leave the experience whenever I want?
It is possible to leave the experience at any time, although it is not recommended. If you leave the experience, you will not be able to re-enter the experience until it ends.
